In the event that you wish to return your Rolley and request a refund, please carefully read and understand our refund policy:- Eligibility for Refund:
- Rolley must be in an unused and undamaged condition.
- You have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive Rolley to initiate a return.
- The original proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
- Return Process:

- You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs (if any), unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

- If Rolley is deemed to be in an unused and undamaged state, we will initiate the refund process (Any damage or wear resulting from improper use, neglect, or unauthorized modifications will void the refund eligibility.)
