Refund Policy for Rolley+

In the event that you wish to return your Rolley+ and request a refund, please carefully read and understand our refund policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:
    • Rolley+ must be in an unused and undamaged condition.
    • You have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive Rolley+ to initiate a return.
    • The original proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

  2. Return Process:
    • Prior to returning Rolley, please contact us at [email protected] to initiate the refund process. We will guide you through the necessary steps.
    • You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs (if any), unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
    • Ensure that Rolley+ is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

  3. Refund Evaluation:
    • Once we receive the returned Rolley, our team will inspect it to verify its condition.
    • If Rolley+ is deemed to be in an unused and undamaged state, we will initiate the refund process (Any damage or wear resulting from improper use, neglect, or unauthorized modifications will void the refund eligibility.)
    • The refund amount will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Please note that any additional fees associated with the initial purchase, such as shipping charges or taxes, may not be refundable.
