Warranty
Scooterson warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and title, in line with the law where you bought them.
How long it lasts
| Scooter | One year or 10,000 km (6,200 miles) from the date of purchase, whichever comes first |
| Battery | 12 months from the date of purchase: the battery keeps at least 80% of its nominal capacity for up to 300 charging cycles |
What is not covered
- Brake adjustments and flat tires.
- Changes to the scooter: parts or accessories that are not genuine Scooterson parts, including a replacement battery or charger, can make it unsafe and void the warranty.
- Opening or repairing the battery, or tampering with the motor, the electronics or the battery.
- Damage caused by not following the instructions in the owner’s manual.
Follow the owner’s manual and the battery care advice to keep your warranty valid.
